Up And Down Week For Hurricanes

The Hurricanes are coming off a wild week, as they picked up 5 of a possible 8 points.  Last Tuesday Guelph skated away with a 2-1 victory in Kitchener.  On Thursday night at the Sleeman Centre, the Hurricanes managed to give up a 5-2 and 7-4 lead to Brantford, and eventually lost the game in OT by a final of 8-7.  On Saturday night, the Hurricanes put in a solid 60 minute effort, as they defeated the visiting Elmira Sugar Kings by a score of 5-4.  A tired Guelph squad wrapped up a very busy week with a 4-2 loss in Waterloo on Sunday afternoon.

The Hurricanes are set to host Owen Sound on Saturday January 28, at 7:30 pm, before hitting the road for their next 4 games.  The Hurricanes return to the Sleeman Centre on Saturday February 18 when they host Kitchener. Don't miss the action!!!
